Raikou creates a barrage of shuriken, which are shaped like Obito Uchiha's Mangekyō Sharingan, using Solar Release chakra to shape them. He then launches them at the opponent at high speeds making it near impossible to escape. Once the shuriken surround the opponent, the shuriken will cut them at unbelievable rate. This leaves the victim with cuts which cannot be healed, by normal methods.
