Using the ability to summon the Carnivorous Buddha, Ryun brings it forth in an enraged state, causing it to immediately generate chakra chains. These chains specifically target tailed beasts and their jinchūriki, binding them the moment they come into contact. Ryun can then have the Buddha seal the extracted beast within itself for later use.
