Appearance
Takeo is a well built shinobi of imposing height, Sporting white spikey hair and amber eyes. He normally wears a sleeveless black coat similar to those of the Kage with lightly armored shoulders and chest areas over a black sleeveless bodysuit with standard ninja trousers and combat boots, He also wears black armored gloves that reach his elbow. Below that he has extensive tattoos (which cover his torso and 50% of his legs) depicting dragons, demons, warriors and serene landscapes and is covered in scars from past battles.
Personality
Takeo has a tendancy to be very serious during battles but outside of them he is mostly seen relaxing in a tree napping or watching the world pass him by. Despite his seemingly anti-social attitude Takeo is blindly loyal to allies and family ready to die instantly to see them safe. But when family and freinds are hurt or threatened Takeo becomes.....aggressive to say the least and enjoys hurting his opponant with an almost sociopathic attitude.
History
Born into the Ryuuken family Takeo is the middle son of the Arashikage but by far the most talented he stormed through the academy and became a Storm Guard (The Storm village's version of the ANBU black ops) at the age of 14 and became a commander by 18. After the Kage was killed he was tasked by his oldest brother to hunt down and kill Ishida Ichimara the man who killed their father. after years of tracking him he ended up at The Hidden Leaf Village and has joined them till he completes his mission.

Taijutsu
Takeo uses his family style of Taijutsu called The Dragon Slaying fist which utilizes all aspects of hand to hand combat from punches and throws to kicks and palm strikes with flips, rolls, tumbles, cartwheels and other acrobatic menuevers mixed in. the style is known for being very dynamic and unpredictable, masters of this fighting style dart around their opponants landing blow after blow with immense speed and power. The main weapon for this style ranges depending on the fighter but Takeo uses twin Push Daggers which are stored in two sheaths on the back of his belt.
Kenjutsu
Takeo uses a Kenjutsu style based off his Taijutsu style mostly aiming at the joints and ligaments to slow and disable his opponant for the final strike. He also mixes in Taijutsu techniques such as kicks and elbows. The style itself is very dynamic and agile akin to more of a freestyle fighting system rather than a family style drilled into all it's members.
Sōjutsu
Takeo can also use spear and polearm weapons just aswell as he can use a sword, using a dynamic style mixing spear techniques with kicks and knees to over power his opponant and finally finish them.
Ninjutsu
Takeo is Extensivly trained in ninjutsu with an affinity with wind and lightning in total Takeo has mastered over 100 ninjutsu and made 50 over his own, He has also mastered The Burning Storm Jutsu which creates a swirling vortex of fire and lightning allowing him to burn and shock his opponants into submission and by regulating the amount of chakra in the jutsu means if it's fatal or not.
Genjutsu
While prefering to fight his opponant head on he does use Genjutsu to gain the upperhand when needed. He knows and uses extensivly one jutsu called Dancing Saukra Technique a genjutsu that causes the target(s) to see falling sakura petals around them, these petals mask his Takeo's move ments within the illusion allowing him to use his speed in hit and run tactics.
Summons
Takeo can summon any weapon he needs but has 3 which are personal items, The Dragon Blade a wakazashi with a white dragon engraving on the blade, The Phoenix Lance a spear said to be made from the bones of a Phoenix before it reincarnated and The Tiger sword a katana with a Tiger head shaped tsuba said to have killed the legendary White Storm Tiger that haunted his homeland for generations. He can also summon a White Storm Tiger spirit as a ally in battle or as a guide for battles as the spirit has full sentience and can summon itself at any time.
Kekkei Genkai
Like many of his clan he can use the Ryuugan a powerful Dojutsu that allows his to see his opponants no matter how fast they move and predict they're movements due to beign able to see where their chakra is being focused in their body(Though the predictions are not 100% accurate). It also allows him to heal faster than normal taking him a day to heal minor cuts and factures but afew days for broken bones and deep cuts or severe burns. The Dojutsu causes his eyes to takea unique form when first awakened the pupils becomes cat like but the shape of his human pupil can be seen in the middle, his sclera turn pure black and his irises turn a combonation of blood red and amber. After gaining the perfect release of it it basicly remained the same except red bloodveines appeared in the black sclera and his pupil became fully cat like.
High Chakra Levels & Chakra control
While not having the chakra levels of Naruto Uzumaki or other jinchuriki Takeo does have high chakra levels allowing him to use chakra taxing ninjutsu or genjutsu almost straight after a regular ninjutsu or genjutsu. He can also make up to 6 Shadow Clones to aid him in a fight any more and it drains him making it difficult to use more jutsu. On top of his chakra levels Takeo has brilliant chakra control able to use multiple jutsus in rapid succetion maintaining a constant barrage of fireballs, walls of water and lightning strikes till he can get in close with some Taijutsu.
Nine Chains
Takeo can use a old Taijutsu technique known as the 9 chains, in essence they are similar to the 8 gates but with some differences.
- Chain of Speed: This Chain allows the user to break his natural limits of their speed, reflexes and agility making them almost impossible to see, strike and catch.
- Chain of Power: This Chain unlocks the limits on strength and durability allowing the user to take more damage and return it in kind.
- Chain of Life: This Chain allows the user to heal faster and fight for longer.
- Chain of Sight: This Chain allows the user to see and feel all never missing a move and always knowing where the next strike will hit.
- Chain of Hope: This Chain allows the user to gain an immense boost in chakra and stanmia allowing for more complex and powerful jutsu to be used
- Chain of Glory: This Chain doubles all the effects of the chains of life, speed and power
- Chain of Control: This Chain activates when the user activates more than one chain at a time it allows them to control the power better.
- Chain of Death: This Chain boosts all the gates even more but kills the user almost straight after use.
- Chain of Rebirth: This is the final chain and allows the user the same benifits as The Chain of Death but brings the user back to life after the effects have worn off but this gate can only be used once a day.
Despite the advantage fo these gates they seem to give off the same counter-effects as the 8 gates and when Takeo activates The Chain of Glory his body damages itself after the effects wear off, and make it impossible to activate any of the chains again for atleast a week.
Skilled Tactician/Leader
Takeo is a highly skilled tactician able to think of new tactics almost as fast as he can move. Constantly aware of his enviroment and the location of surrounding enemies (aslong as he's fully aware they're near by). He is also a talented leader despite prefering to fight alone.
Plot
Relationships
Takeo is very loyal to his family and freind willing to give up his life in a heart beat to see them safe. Especially his lover Miyuki the only woman in the village willing to stay with him through his constant risk taking and unique beliefs.
His relationship with his brother is mostly sibling rivalry, Akira always tried to show Takeo up when they were younger but it never worked. But his little siter was always caring towards Takeo and AKira and prefered to stand back and watch as they'd argue.
Trivia
Takeo's Taijutsu style is based off of Jeet Kune Do, Choujiao-Fanzquan, Capoeria, Muay Thai, Ba Gua, Tae-Kwon-Do and Five Animals kung fu with elements of MMA, Drunken boxing and Street Fighting.
The Sword style he uses is based off of Fencing, Chinese sword fighting and Kenjutsu.
Hobbies include: Training, napping, watching the world go by, eating, cooking, meditating, drawing, singing (has a talent for it), playing the flute (another hidden talent) and helping people.
Despite having increased healing it does take him up to 5 days to heal life threatening wounds.
He mainly wishes to fight Ishida Ichimara and anyone who helps him, but he can't pass up a challenge of a skilled opponant.
After his father's murder Takeo dreams to be the most powerful shinobi ever so nothing like that will happen again. Hence why he has trained his abilities to such a high level.

Has a hard time maintaining eye contact with anyone, he's not rude or anything he just has trouble with it.
