  Probably will just take me a day to finish putting the jutsu and making a necessary page. I want to finish that stuff so that if when i try to do something it will actually be listed. I want people to see the info so that they can say "Ah okay yeah he does have that" or "Oh the page does say that was a possibility so its not out the question".

  Well thats not mandatory,...............all users here, create many jutsu's ,...in the middle of the Rp.......................but when I make sure that the jutsu is easily available for the user

  Well they do but i just notice that there are a lot of 4.9's and usually it would be either a 4, 4.5, or 5. None of the characters in the narutoverse have that kind of scoring so it kinda just throws me off a little but its not that bad i guess.

  I would just like my characters to hint at least towards stuff if i'm going to use in the RP that way it doesn't seem like I'm trying to b.s out of something. If you get what i mean?
