I am thinking of making a tournament roleplay (like the final part of the Chuunin Exams in Naruto), where three Ninja's from each village along with the Kage( who will act as Spectators). fight. This is done to strengthen the bonds between villages, I want Hikarigakure to participate. So I hope you accept and enter the Festival.
