Tora Uchiha (トラファン, Uchiha Tora) was a male Uchiha born in Amegakure. He was also a co-founder of Yamagakure 2 in the Land of Mountains. He eventually becomes the Sandaime Yamakage. He is revered as Tora the Copy Ninja of the Mountain, and the cousin of Ryun Uchiha. He is the container of the Ten Tailed Fox's left over chakra. He is also the distant cousin of Echo Uchiha, one of the Yonkou.

Appearance
He somewhat resembles Shikamaru Nara in looks and demeanor in that he is lazy and easy going, although Shikamaru is more carefree than lazy, as opposed to Tora who is more lazy than carefree. His wavy and curly, brown hair is dark, unkempt, and parted down the middle. His clothing consists of the regular Jonin jacket, albeit with the collar upturned. A dark sash, worn in a manner similar to the Twelve Ninja Guardians, is placed about his waist near his katana, completing his otherwise nondescript, ordinary, and harmless appearance, which is in sharp contrast to his noteworthy power.
Personality
Tora is a lazy yet somewhat enthusiastic character who apparently spends much of his time asleep and which no one, except his cousin Ryun, appears to try and stop him from doing. In fact, he rarely directly addresses any ninja other than Ryun, Sanji, or Seireitou Kawahiru. Despite being a highly-ranking shinobi, he is not eager to take a leadership role. He is not particularly interested in whatever is going on around him, although he is surprisingly observant and a capable analyst. Unlike many of the shinobi from his village, he is not violent or overly arrogant.
He initially seems to care a great deal for his fellows, showing much visible signs of distress or concern, when he learns of a comrade's death or that a comrade is in danger, best displayed when Ryun was kidnapped by the Delta Akatsuki. Tora himself is notably affected by this turn of events being drained of his motivation to fight and slowing his reflexes enough to get hit by an attack from other fighters. After arguing with Ryun for a while, he restates that he's not the type for revenge, but his desire to not see anymore comrades die proves to be enough motivation for him keep fighting. Tora seems to be opposed to the notion of killing people, not only reacting deeply to a comrade's death, but also offering his opponents a chance to run away instead of having him finish them off.
In comparison to the other, more serious ninja of his rank, he is often shown in a much more comical light, with situations often ending in him on the receiving end of physical abuse from his friends and family, though he does little to stop their actions. He can be serious on occasion, although his personality does not change much; he comes off as reluctant, but nonetheless willing to complete the task at hand.
Abilities
Tora is shown to be very respected throughout the Hidden Mountain Village, as well as being constantly depicted as one of the most powerful ninja the village has to offer. He is also recognized as the foremost jutsu specialists in the village due to his high proficiency in all forms of ninja combat and copying over 200 jutsu with his Sharingan eyes. His knowledge of jutsu is so high, that he was requested to watch over Shikami Nara, when he was brought back to the village, in case the seal of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox began to fail (Shikami is the current Nine-tails Jinchuriki). A true testament to his skill is during a conversation, both Ryun and Seireitou mentioning that if the need ever should arise, Tora would be an obvious candidate for the title of Yamakage. A title he later gains.
As a former Yamakage and current Jonin, Tora is very adept in any form of battle. He is regularly put in charge of whatever squad he is assigned to and works well with its diverse members. Tora's naturally calm attitude is used to his advantage in battle, allowing him to stay collected and out think the opponent, similar to his cousin Ryun. This is primarily because he can quickly analyze the situation at hand and comprehend his opponent's abilities and battle tactics. After doing so, he can use sharp intuition to make quick and firm decisions to switch to the appropriate counter tactics. Against more powerful opponents, he will regularly use various misdirection and trap tactics to weaken the opponent. Tora is also highly proficient at evasion, as shown when he was able to fight on par with Echo (during their first and only battle), and later with the Delta Akatsuki, while at the same time avoiding taking damage and protecting Ryun, who in both instances, was critically damaged.
Tora primarily relies on his mastery of ninjutsu, of which he has a vast arsenal. With his arsenal, he can attack or defend against his opponents in numerous manners. While used less often, he has also shown to have impressive skill in genjutsu which he will use to catch his opponent off guard as a setup for stronger attacks. Also, he has proven to be very adept in taijutsu, which allows him effectively evade his opponent's attacks. In addition to high expertise in the three main ninja skills, he has also shown high skill in areas such as tracking, traps making, survival knowledge, and sealing jutsu. His knowledge of sealing jutsu is demonstrated from his ability to seal the Ten-Tails' chakra back into Ryun. When Tora was younger, he had shown to have inherited his father's uniquely strong and adaptive chakra as well as the ability to manifest it through his clan's special fire style jutsu. He was taught several of his cousin's unique skills including the Crystal Sphere. However, Tora was only able to master the jutsu to the extent of the regular form. In addition to the sheer number of jutsu at Tora's disposal, he is an even more formidable opponent from his extensive knowledge and skill at elemental jutsus. He has shown high mastery for his natural affinity towards water-based chakra, even being able to perform water-based jutsu without hand seals. Thanks to his skill along with his unique chakra and Sharingan, he is also highly capable if not proficient at multiple elements. His proficiency in earth and water-based jutsu have proven to be at master-level might as he is able to performing water-based jutsu without an already existing water source and perform earth-based jutsu with great detail in their shape. He has also shown to a lesser extent fairly adept skill in fire-based jutsu.
Tora's most distinguishing ability is his Sharingan eyes as they allows him to copy any jutsu used against him, see through any deceptions, perform genjutsu, and predict his opponent's movements. The drawback of his Sharingan is that because Kakashi has no Uchiha blood, his body cannot completely adjust to it and hence costs him more chakra than it would an Uchiha. He is very skilled in using them. Even Ryun, another heir and master of the Sharingan, acknowledged Tora's superior proficiency with the Sharingan compared to most true Sharingan wielders. During the time skip, Tora further developed his Sharingan by unleashing his own Mangekyo Sharingan. Furthermore, he has mastered his only known Mangekyo Jutsu, called Amaterasu. This jutsu has the ability to manipulate the fearsome black flames. When used against Echo, he notes Tora's dojutsu to be of his own caliber.
Weaknesses
Tora's water jutsu are extremely weak to lightning types such as Chidori or the Lightning Style: Thunder Dragon Jutsu. His earth style ninjutsu is also weak to Lightning types making him virtually useless against Lightning Release users. His chakra levels see a slight improvement throughout his life, but not much; in Part I his chakra levels were barely average, by Part II his chakra is shown to have greatly increase as he can performing several chakra-taxing jutsu in rapid succession, however this cannot last long. Despite having the Ten-Tails' left over chakra sealed within him, it's chakra supply is good for one or two boosts every couple of hours. Therefore Tora must learn to use his jutsu in combination with one another in order to defeat an opponent before his chakra runs out.
The drawback of his Sharingan is that because Tora has Cystic Fibrosis, his body cannot completely adjust to it and hence costs him more chakra than it would a healthy Uchiha, this means with each use he quickly expends his chakra in battle. Because of this, Tora will only rely on it when he feels it is an absolute necessity to try and avoid possible hospital time afterwords. His Mangekyo technique uses so much chakra that he has to be hospitalized for a week after using it three times in one day. It is unclear if Tora's Sharingan eye suffers from blindness caused by use of the Mangekyo Sharingan, as is the case with other Uchiha.
Tora's affliction makes it hard for him to breathe. The mucus in his lungs regularly clogs him up and he is forced to do special treatments in order to prevent himself from literally drowning in it. It also makes him sick and frail often and he tends to get exhausted from strenuous work. In addition to this he must take a week from most missions, every six months, for hospitalization time. Because his illness is terminal, he is expected to die young, much to his cousin Ryun's dismay. Ryun often denies this fact though he is faced with it on a daily basis.

- Tora Uchiha was inspired by my real life cousin, in many ways;
- Tora suffers from a disease called Cystic Fibrosis (or CF for short). My real life cousin does as well. Its a horrible disease that attacks the respiratory system of a person as well as their digestive tract. (Its a horrible disease guys, trust me when I say I hope none of you ever have it or watch someone you love go through it)
