The Unending Speech Technique (永遠のスピーチテクニック) is another in the comical Unending line of Ninjutsu along with the Unending Laughter,Tears and Fear Techniques.This jutsu can be considered the easiest and least costliest,chakra-wise,jutsu in the line.What it does is that it terminates the opponents control over their vocal chords and speech box,using the user's chakra.This causes them to start blabbering on an on about in a strange would-be language.Since the opponent continiously talks,he/she cannot breathe so they talk themselves to death.This jutsu uses the least chakra in the whole Unending line of jutsu.After completing the required sequence of hand seals the kanji for speech appears on the users right palm.After this,the user must make direct physical contact with the opponent for the jutsu to take effect.This style of jutsu is regularly employed by the Ninja Jesters.
