This technique was created by Aoi Uchiha. This technique combines 2 of his already owned techniques, Ryōjin and Vapor Art. By combining these 2 techniques, Aoi can convert the waters of Ryoujin into a invisible water vapor. When activating his Mangekyō Sharingan and using Ryoujin, he simultaneously activates his Vapor Art which is why the hand sign is needed, and mist first comes out. The mist shortly disappears and the invisible water vapor is released from all around his body. If someone is able to sense or see chakra then this technique would not be invisible to them. If a target gets one single particle on them, it can render that part of the body useless. But the main use of this technique is for a target to breath this vapor in, again if one particle if breathed in, that target can be affected by the Ryoujin's effects.
