This technique is undoubtedly one of the most destructive Water Release ninjutsu currently in existence. It was invented by Hizari, the third Kurakage, and it has gained infamy in the shinobi world for its monstrous destructive power. After the needed hand seals are executed by the user, a massive tidal wave that is up to fifty feet tall. When used by Hizari, the technique had the power to decimate a small town. This technique is usually performed on or near a body of water, but the most skilled water release users can use it using only atmospheric water.
