Utilizing chakra flow, the user applies water release chakra onto a weapon at the users disposal. Because the water that has been applied to a weapon is pressurized and tightly compacted at a high velocity, it increase's the weapons cutting power able to cut through steel and its defensive power able to withstand other chakra infused weapons. It can also be applied to shuriken to increase its power and range.
