White Crown (Organization) is part of Rebirth and follows its guidelines accordingly.

The White Crown (白冕) is an intelligence division that serves as an information hub for the Twelve Guardian Ninjas. Since the Guardians are not affiliated with any village, they have little intel on the villages of the country they inhabit. The White Crown serves to fill in this gap. Every capital village of each country has a White Crown division. These divisions act as an information hub for the entire country, which allows minor village to send information about Black Crown activity in their area to the main hub, which in turn is sent to the respective member of that country. This information is sent via subtle radio wave transmissions only given to each of the Guardians, and the respective leader or Kage of each village. The leader of a minor village is the one responsible for sending the message, while in a major village, specially picked individuals are selected to not only transmit information from minor villages, but also keep an eye out in their own major village for Black Crown activity, either by word of mouth, or by witnessing it themselves or from another eyewitness.

Land of Lightning Division

The Land of Lightning Division is situated in Kumogakure. This intelligence sector is led by Suzume Aburame, who was given the position due to her flexibility. Not only can she keep reports broadcasted, but she can also chip in herself by using her insects as makeshift security cameras.

Land of Earth Division

Though the Black Crown has taken control of Iwagakure, the Land of Earth Division was well hidden for this situation and is out of the eyes of the Black Crown. Therefore, they still handle information secretly.
