While similar to Hurricane Shield, this jutsu spins the winds around the user much faster, making it much more difficult for an enemy to land a hit, because the winds throw their attacks off target. A few down sides of this are that if someone uses a fire technique on this jutsu, and the user doesn't cancel it quickly enough, that user is likely to get severely burned, as the hurricane whips the fire up to great strength. Another downside is that because of the speed of the winds, it is easy to tell when someone is using this technique.
