This technique is an immensely powerful Wind Release ninjutsu created by Miyuki Murakami. She took advantage of the air currents present in the atmosphere with her wind natured chakra to produce a compacted and violently rotating wind disc,which hovered several hundred feet in the air. She then added further quantities of her wind chakra to expand the disc and make it rotate even faster. At this stage, the wind disc was very large. Finally, Miyuki brought the technique down on her target, creating a titanic explosion that could disintegrate nearly anything in its path. Due to the fact that the technique used actual wind, as opposed to chakra, the Heaven's Vengeance was far stronger than an ordinary Wind Release technique. Daisuke Murakami has even said that his Fūjin is inferior to it. The technique was so destructive that it seemed to be a punishment from the gods, which prompted Miyuki to give it its name. This technique was said to be the most powerful Wind Release technique in existence by several characters.
