Yun Nara (奈良ユン, Nara Yun) is a shinobi of Konohagakure's Nara Clan. Known as one of the most powerful shinobi in the village, Yun's prowess has gained him respect both on the battlefield and off.

Background[]

Born to unknown parents in Konoha, Yun has a very high IQ, known to be higher than the genius Shikamaru Nara's. Despite this, Yun was a troublemaker during his days in the Academy until he got trained by his father. His father taught him how to unlock the full potential of his mind, allowing Yun to excel in ninjutsu and taijutsu. When Yun graduated, he was placed on a squad with Genki Heike under the Jōnin, Mika. At one point, he went on a mission to defeat several bandits. On the mission, Genki took a blow for Yun and ended up hospitalized. When Yun and Mika returned with Genki, Yun's problems compounded after he discovered his father had been killed by the ANBU. Yun, trying to ignore the stress compounding onto him, demanded to be sent on a mission. The Hokage did send him on a simple mission to give a treaty to Iwagakure, however, she sent a few ANBU alongside him to assist in the mission. This proved wise, as Yun collapsed during the mission.

Yun has always been dreaming of becoming a great shinobi and was destined to become a great ninja like his father, But all this changed when Yuns Father was killed by the ANBU.
