Ahatake Kyonshi Kurosaki (黒幸唖畑僵屍 Kurosaki Ahatake-Kyonshi) is a member of the nomadic Kurosaki Clan, older brother to Sōgyō Kurosaki. As eldest child of the current Kurosaki Clan leader, Ahatake is next in line to take the position.

Background
Personality
Ahatake is usually described as brooding and stubborn, but also very kind and compassionate. He has also been described as charming, polite, and determined. He is attached to his younger sister, and makes her protection his number one priority, despite her insistence she can manage on her own, Ahatake goes to great lengths to protect her from what he sees is a danger. Ahatake also has a tendency to overreact when he believes his sister's safety is at risk.
Ahatake surprisingly gets little sleep, and spends the time he is not sleeping reading books or studying ninjutsu, though it is noted that depriving himself of sleep is not healthy, he says it does not bother him in the slightest. He is also known to have a liking for moving fast, training himself so that his speed is unrivaled in the Kurosaki Clan.
Appearance
Ahatake has long, dark blue hair and light grey eyes. His skin is pale, and he has shadows under his eyes, possibly due to lack of sleep. His outfit consists of a sleeveless blue shirt that matches his hair, a belt with a pouch for ninja tools on the back, matching blue pants, and a cape. He has a tattoo that spreads from his chest to his shoulder.
