Kekki Genkai- Posses all known Kekki Genkai including the Rinnegan (supposedly). His personal Kekki Genkai is the 100% Possesion Technique. Due to his son (Jei Ookami) possesing the Kyouseiken Kekki-Genkai it's possible he knows that as well.

Plans

To absorb all the bijuu and use their power to increase his power and earn the title of the "Ultimate Being" so that he can extract his revenge upon the gods that banished him.

This seems to be very similar to Orochimaru's goal.

Biography

Zukia original birthplace is a bit of a mystery though he spoke briefly about Kagegakure. However the majority of his life was said to be spent in the Hidden Rain Village. He maintains his young appearance with the help of his Kekki Genkai the 100% Possesion Technique. Not only has he mastered all the Rain Villages jutsu but also created a few of his own such as the Black Mist Coffin Jutsu. He also trained Pein (Akatsuki leader) into the shinobi he is today after Jiraiya left the Rain country. It is unknown why he joined Akatsuki but he is highly feared through the 5 Great Shinobi Nations. Madara Uchiha is even stated that even he is afraid of Zukia's power and that he alone could conquer the 5 Great Shinobi Nations. Zukia is said to be able to even summon "gods" to aid him in battle. Madara also fears of Zukia betraying the Akatsuki, knowing that him doing so would result in Madara's death. The Nine Tailed Fox also briefly speaks of extracting vengance on not only Madara Uchiha but also his "father" for trying to imprison him like he did to his brothers and sisters.

During the battle with Naruto he reveals that he was once a god but was banished because he created the tailed beast. Later on in the battle he is defeated by Naruto using the Soul Sphere technique during their invasion of Kagegakure. Once Naruto's team returns back to Konoha Tsunade reveals that Zukia is the brother to Rokudou Sennin.

In the past Zukia has fought many legendary shinobi including all the 1st Kages of the 5 Great Shinobi Nations, the 4th Hokage, and Kushina Uzumaki. Due to his long lifespan one can assume that he has battled many other legends throught history.

Zukia Tojiro does not need an external water source for this his water jutsu.

Powers and Abilities

Several Female Servants- Zukia has sevral female servant that obey his every command. They are intoduced later in the Origin story. It also seems that some of these women are similar to Zukia's Zukia's Forms

Kinjutsu Master- weilds many Kinjutsus that even hi sbrothers and siters cannot comprehend.

Shapeshifting- while all the gods are able to manipulate their form to some degree Zukia displays the most prowness in ita s he developed sevral forms all with unique abilities. Interestingly enough this is similar to Pain's Six Path's which may originate from Zukia since he was once a student of Zukia's.

Spell Caster- while it has not been seen yet how well he can perform spells his lair does posess a large ammount of spell books.

Swordsman Master- his skills with a sword has never been seen though since several of his forms weild sword and his future son Jei Ookami is a master swordsman its safe to say he is a swords master.

Fun Fact

Zukia seems to have knowledge about all of the Kages of each nation. He also seems to know Orochimaru quite well, even going far enough to describe how Orochimaru was like during his youth in Konoha.
